Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account held on the 92jtoo platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's 92jtoo account, including both real-money deposits and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts awarded by 92jtoo under a promotional offer.
• "Platform" means the 92jtoo website, mobile site, and any associated software or applications through which the Services are delivered.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, and ancillary features available on the 92jtoo platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has completed registration and holds an active 92jtoo account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency supported on the 92jtoo platform for Pakistani players.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1  To open a 92jtoo account and access the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 92jtoo strictly prohibits access to its gambling Services by individuals under 21.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or regulatory, from any licensed gambling operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2  92jtoo reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage. Acceptable identity documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani passport, or an equivalent government-issued identification document. Account activity may be suspended pending satisfactory verification.

2.3  By completing registration on the 92jtoo platform, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 2.1 above. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Management

3.1  Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one registered 92jtoo account. If you already hold an active account, you are prohibited from registering a second account under any name, email address, mobile number, or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be suspended upon detection.

3.2  Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92jtoo login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 92jtoo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to maintain confidentiality of your credentials.

3.3  Account Closure. You may close your 92jtoo account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds not yet converted under applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

3.4  Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 92jtoo reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of PKR 200 to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period. Players will be notified by SMS or email prior to any such deduction.

3.5  Account Suspension. 92jtoo may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods. 92jtoo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the 92jtoo platform is PKR 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above PKR 100,000 per transaction may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.

4.3  Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 92jtoo account instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours during standard banking hours.

4.4  Withdrawal Processing. 92jtoo processes all verified withdrawal requests on the same business day on which they are submitted, subject to standard anti-money laundering checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where reasonably practicable.

4.5  Verification Requirements. 92jtoo may require you to complete identity, address, and payment method verification before processing a withdrawal. This is in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1  92jtoo offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these General Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by 92jtoo are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement will expire and be removed from your account after this period.

5.3  Bonus Abuse. 92jtoo monitors all promotional activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion, structured wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and the use of automated tools. Where bonus abuse is detected, 92jtoo reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus activity.

5.4  92jtoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform or by SMS to their registered number.

Betting Rules

6.1  By placing any bet or wager on the 92jtoo platform, you accept that the outcome of that bet is determined by the applicable game rules or sports betting market rules in force at the time the bet is placed. 92jtoo's decision on any disputed outcome is final and binding.

6.2  Sports betting markets are governed by 92jtoo's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the platform. These Rules cover event cancellation, void bets, in-play betting, and the settlement of cricket, PSL, football, tennis, kabaddi, and other market types.

6.3  Casino game results are generated by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.

6.4  92jtoo reserves the right to void any bet placed where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or in connection with any integrity concern.

Prohibited Conduct

7.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92jtoo platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 92jtoo account;
• Providing false or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors intentionally;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or attempting to use the platform to process the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Making chargebacks or reversals in bad faith against any deposit made to 92jtoo;
• Accessing the 92jtoo platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 92jtoo account.

7.2  92jtoo cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities investigating suspected financial crime. Player account information may be disclosed to such authorities without prior notice to the account holder where required by law.

Responsible Gaming

8.1  92jtoo is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited to your account. Changes to existing limits that reduce spending take effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further betting activity is blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders to alert you when you have been logged into the platform for a specified duration.

Intellectual Property

9.1  All content on the 92jtoo platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphical assets, trademarks, logos, text, and databases — is the proprietary intellectual property of 92jtoo or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

9.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content; use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data; or sublicence access to third parties.

9.3  The 92jtoo name, logo, and associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any 92jtoo trademark in any context is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

10.1  92jtoo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

11.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92jtoo's total liability to any player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

11.2  92jtoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.3  92jtoo does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where reasonably practicable.

11.4  Nothing in these Terms limits 92jtoo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

12.1  92jtoo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to their registered mobile number and/or by prominent notice on the platform homepage. The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

12.2  Your continued use of the 92jtoo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with clause 3.3 above.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1  These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations under which 92jtoo operates. 92jtoo is licensed by an international gaming authority and is required to comply with the licensing conditions and codes of practice issued by that authority.

13.2  In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 92jtoo platform, you should first contact 92jtoo support. 92jtoo will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
